It aims to bring employees and their Line Managers closer, to be more engaged and more productive through optimised and streamlined procedures, especially when mobile. Employees can: * Manage their training applications as they go through the approval process * Update ongoing training and progress towards completion * Align post-training development objectives and create an integration plan within the workplace * Have visibility of their progress towards annual L&D targets * Upload and view training certificates, as well as manage expiration dates Additional functionalities for Line Managers, L&D Officers and Community Engagement Officers include: * Approval of training applications and management of budgetary requirements * Manage post-training development objectives and integration plan * Manage unfinished training * View and access real-time training progress for assigned employees
